- Harassment content
- Copyright violations
- Fraudulent use
Violation may result in account suspension or termination.
User Content
Users retain ownership of uploaded content.
By uploading content, users grant Lumière permission to process the content solely for providing editing services.
Lumière does not claim ownership of user photos.
AI Generated Results
AI results may vary. Users understand:
- Outputs are generated automatically.
- Results may contain errors.
- Results are provided as-is.
- Users are responsible for final use of edited images.
Coins & Purchases
Lumière uses a credit-based system.
- Credits are purchased one time.
- No subscription required.
- Credits never expire.
- Editing and previews are free.
- Downloading completed images requires credits.
- Credit amounts and pricing may change in the future.
No Refund Policy
Important: All purchases are final.
Credits are digital goods.
Once credits have been purchased and delivered to a user's account, purchases are non-refundable.
Users acknowledge they understand the pricing and credit requirements before completing a purchase.
Refunds will only be considered if required by applicable law.
Referral Program
Referral rewards may be modified or discontinued.
Fraudulent referrals are prohibited.
Lumière reserves the right to:
- Cancel referral rewards
- Reverse fraudulent rewards
- Suspend accounts abusing the referral system
Account Rules
Users are responsible for account security.
Accounts may not be shared, sold, rented, or transferred.
Multiple accounts created solely to obtain free credits may be suspended.
Privacy & Data Handling
Uploaded photos are:
- Processed securely
- Automatically deleted according to retention policies
- Not used to train AI models
- Not reviewed by humans except where required for abuse investigations
Intellectual Property
The Lumière platform, branding, design, software, and technology remain property of Lumière.
Users may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit the platform.
Service Availability
Lumière may occasionally experience downtime, maintenance, updates, or interruptions.
Service availability is not guaranteed.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Lumière shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the previous 12 months.
Termination
Lumière may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Abuse
- Fraud
- Terms violations
- Security threats
Users may stop using the service at any time.
